Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a very versatile tool that can help clients make lifestyle changes – quickly, effectively and permanently.

 

Many people misunderstand hypnosis.  The thing to remember is

that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis.  In other words, you remain in

full control and can never be made to do anything against your will.

Most people simply feel that they've had a refreshing, short,

relaxing nap when the hypnosis session is over.  I weave the

suggestions they give me into the sessions so powerful change

becomes part of their lives - while they drift off. Change is

natural, painless and quick!
