So often we get caught up in the mad dash from Halloween to Thanksgiving to Christmas and to New Year, that those months pass by in a blur. Maybe it's time to change that. Let's use December as a time to relfect (on where we've been), release (things that are holding us back), and renew (looking forward to the year ahead and the possibilities it holds).
Let's make it a point to step into the new year feeling physically stronger, emotionally lighter, and spiritually grounded. This month, I’ll be sharing prompts to help you reflect back with kindness, not criticism.
Today’s reflection: What is one thing you're proud of yourself for this year? Not one thing you've done perfectly, or maybe better than everyone else, but just one thing you're proud of yourself for. I'll share one of mine. I havn't given up on my weight loss goals. I haven't gotten to where I want to be yet, but I've made progress and I'm still moving forward. Because weight loss, like many things in life, is a journey that we take one step at a time.

What about you? Looking back on 2025, where do you see movement, what have you learned, and what positive changes have you made? Give yourself credit for them and start thinking about 2026. Let's make it a great year!
