Change is Work, but Totally Worth It!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas with family and friends. If you're like me, you probably ate a bit too much (or more than a bit) and enjoyed catching up with people you don't see that often.

And now 2022 is right around the corner. What do you want to accomplish (other than banishing COVID?). Where do you want to be at the end of next year? What do you need to be doing differently?

Change is great - but it can also be hard. Don't be afraid to ask for help. There are some amazing coaches out there who would love to help you get your life back on track.

I help people get healthier in every area of their lives. My clients lose weight, lower anxiety, quit smoking, improve their golf game, reduce stress, improve focus and concentration and become more the person they really want to be.

Figure out what kind of help you need. Do some research, ask questions, and put together a plan. Find someone who will be a good fit for you and contact them. If the first person you contact doesn't seem like someone you could work with, don't give up! Call the next person on your list - be persistent and you'll find a good match for you.

And remember that progress will involve becoming uncomfortable at times. You'll need to do some things differently. You may need to get up earlier, eat healthier, exercise more, learn to think differently and acquire some new habits.

At times you'll want to quit and just give up because it all feels too hard. This is where a good coach comes in. They'll help keep you motivated, determined and moving forward. They'll also hold you accountable for the changes you've decided to make - even when you wish they wouldn't!

With a little help 2022 could be your best year ever.

Change is work - but totally worth it. So resolve to give yourself the gift of an amazing new year. You can do it!
