Go For A Walk!

Most adults spend 90% of their time indoors – which greatly increases stress! Being inside too much can cause some of the following issues:


  • Difficult sleeping - not being exposed to enough sunlight can throw off your circadian rhythms.

  • Depression - not getting enough fresh air, natural light and green plant exposure can cause us to feel down.

  • Appetite changes - you may end up eating too much or not enough.


Do yourself a favor and go outside. Your body, mind and spirit will thank you! How do you feel when you’re in the great outdoors?
